Philadelphia! Ring that Liberty Bell, thrown on your finest Green Man suit, and get excited….because Nobrow has been eating clean and training hard to take the belt at Locust Moon!
Nobrow is proud to be exhibiting at the third annual Locust Moon Comics Festival, one of the fastest growing shows in the indie comics world, and we’ll be there trading fist bumps with some genuine comic book rock stars, all the coolest up-and-comers, and you! More importantly, we’ll be there all day, ready to help you get your hands on some bonafide hits from the Nobrow library. What’s that, you say? You’ve already read modern classics like the Hilda series, Dockwood AND The New Ghost? Well, what about Obsolete? Or the latest installment in our Eisner-nominated anthology Nobrow Magazine? Those too? Hey, that’s great! Becuase we’ll also be bringing along some of that new hotness, like Jamie Coe’s Art Schooled, Roman Muradov’s (In A Sense) Lost and Found, Dustin Harbin’s Behold! The Dinosaurs!, and Corinne Maier and Anne Simon’s Marx for all of you Nobrow aficionados certain to be in attendance.
It’s all happening on Saturday, October 25th, from 10am until 6pm, at The Rotunda (4014 Walnut Street, Philadelphia). The Nobrow team will be at Table S18-19 (in the Sanctuary) where we’ll be pulling out all the stops, so be sure to stop by and check us out. Maybe bring along one of those cheesesteaks we’ve been hearing so much about…
